These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Akyenn (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Brew Keeper mobile application and services.By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.1. Eligibility and Registration
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use Brew Keeper.Account Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful information (Username and Email) and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.Single Account: Each user is permitted one personal account. Sharing accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.2. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Brew Keeper for personal, non-commercial coffee logging. You agree not to:Scrape or Automate: Use robots, scrapers, or any automated means to extract data from Brew Keeper.Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract the source code of the app.Malicious Conduct: Transmit viruses or interfere with the app’s technical operation.3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
